Six of the GAIL schools have had their turns hosting amazing conferences, each very distinct in their own ways. The remaining two school will be hosting the conferences in 2020 and 2021. Both of these conferences will be based in much more rural settings...
2020 - Kristin School will be hosting the annual GAIL conference in an outdoor setting, based at Peter Snell Village on the Whangaparaoa Peninsula north of Auckland. The conference will be held in October this year to suit the weather a bit better and the theme is "Diversity".
2021 - Although early days for the planning, the conference, to be held in July, will be hosted by Newton College at their Sachavacayoc Amazon Field Centre, which is located in the Tambopata National Reserve. The site is used throughout the years for school groups and researchers and so there are already numerous exciting and immersive activities ready to be experienced.
